Our services include software development, maintenance, and database and data warehouse development. In providing these technical solutions, Adnet uses CMMI maturity level 3 processes. Either Agile, Spiral and/or Waterfall life cycles are used to match the development environment and customer expectations.
For Technical services such as Helpdesk management and customer support services, Adnet uses CMMI for Services and ITIL processes to design technical solutions and meet service level agreements. We use the best industry tools to gather and manage data and monitor efficiencies in delivery of services. 

Management And Support Services

Complementing our information management and technology solution and service offerings, we provide management and support services in the areas of project and program management, quality assurance and independent verification and validation services. We use PMI and CMMI based project and program management processes to complete projects on-time and within budget with the help of effective project planning, monitoring, control and EVMS processes. For meeting projects quality and performance standards, Adnet offers effective quality assurance processes with independent review.

For a larger project, independent verification and validation (IV&V) throughout the products full life cycle is offered where we as a third party review and validate the production process and product produced to ensure it meets defined and expected requirements of the client and users.  We use NIST, IEEE, SEI and DOD standards as needed to bring tranparency to our support process.

Process Improvement:

In addition, we offer full life cycle support in implementing CMMI, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000, ITIL, Sig Sigma and COBIT. Our  full range of services include gap-analysis, training, documentation, on-job mentoring and audit or appraiser. Our operating philosophy is to transfer model knowledge to the clients organization who can continue on the path of improvement after the first certificate of compliance is issued. In the process, the internal process champion becomes an expert in the model.

Human Capital Management and Organizational Change

Using the SEI-People CMMI framework for workforce improvement, Adnet uses a structured approach to support clients in undertaking Human Capital projects to evaluate and improve planning, processes, structure, management, selection and performance evaluation from the current to the desired future state.

We also design a change management strategy that aligns the organization’s structure, processes, jobs, communications with  its goals, while managing their training. We consistently use performance metrics, such as financial results, operational efficiency, employee commitment and communication effectiveness, to design appropriate strategies to avoid change failures.  We understand interactions between components  of structure involved in organizational changes.
