Project Life Cycle Management

Adnet professionals can manage the entire Project Life Cycle, from the initiation to final phase of production. Adnet's cycle management teams produce the outputs demanded from successful project life cycle management, including scope and baseline statements, project planning strategies, and project handover plans.

In managing the project, Adnet uses the Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling Processes, and Closing Processes.  Adnet has well-defined processes with templates for ease in implementation.

Adnet supports the Project Life Cycle Management process using the following standards:

  • PMBoKtm  (Project Management Professional Book of Knowledge)
  • Agile Softwaretm
  • CMMItm-based method

Project Estimate and Costing

In costing and budgeting for projects costs and expenses, Adnet strongly adheres to the Government Accountability Office's 2008 Best Practices report for Estimating and Managing Program Costs, which can be found here.

Adnet utilizes COCOMO II and Function Point methods to accurately estimate costs of Information Technology Projects.
