CMMI Implementation Process

Complete Range of Services

We start with the CMMl Executive Overview training. Next, we assist the organization in identifying the project suitable for implementation and select team members from the organization to prepare them to participate in the improvements and appraisal. This may include conducting an on-site Introduction to CMMI training course. We follow this up with services in support of gap analysis, software quality policy planning, software life cycle design, implementation planning, process improvement, documentation, process implementation, and appraisal team training. Finally, we may work with you through the formal appraisal as an appraisal team member. For the final appraisal (SCAMPI Class A) Adnet assigns a SEI authorized Lead Appraiser and assists you in completing the appraisal. The result of the appraisal is communicated to you on the last day of SCAMPI A. The appraisal findings are submitted to the SEI within the next few days.

Alternatively, Adnet can suggest a selected set of services for a cost effective implementation, in case you can dedicate your resources..
