Adnet provides full life cycle support to comply with SEI-CMMI standard. We start with the CMMl Executive Overview training and Software Engineering Process Group (SEPG) training. Next, we identify team members from the organization and prepare them to participate in the improvements and appraisal. This may include conducting an on-site Introduction to CMM/CMMI training course. We follow this up with services in support of gap analysis, software quality policy planning, software life cycle design, implementation planning, process improvement, documentation, process implementation, and appraisal team training. Finally, we may work with you through the formal appraisal as an appraisal team member. For the final appraisal (SCAMPI Class A) Adnet, in consultation with you, will select a SEI authorized Lead Appraiser. The result of the appraisal is communicated to you on the last day. Adnet services are available to you until your process improvement goals are met. You can select services from this complete list to meet your special needs. Alternatively, Adnet can suggest cost effective options. Clients can choose to assume many of the roles to reduce the cost. Adnet helps in identifying areas, depending on in-house expertise, where clients can perform the needed services without Adnet support.
