CMMI Overview Training to management staff: An overview of CMMI maturity and capability levels, processes and generic and specific practices was presented to management to appreciate implementation of CMMI processes in projects managed by the managers.

Project Planning: Adnet evaluated current project management practices to find inefficiencies and limitations from a CMMI perspective. Adnet then proposed how CMMI can be used to overcome these limitations and bring efficiencies in project management practices.

Configuration Management: Adnet reviewed current configuration management practices and identified difficulties experienced in effective management of configuration items. Adnet developed CMMI configuration management processes, developed training manuals and conducted training for management personnel in seven divisions of the Department of Technical Services.
