Us
Adnet, Inc., a minority-owned, small business, was established in 1991 to provide computer related services. It has since then provided systems engineering and quality assurance services to companies operating in the Federal IT market place.
We provide process improvement and appraisal services using Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) in the United States and anywhere in the World.
To deliver these services, Adnet has highly qualified staff with
extensive experience in systems engineering, quality assurance and
process improvement. The key team members have Masters degrees in
Computer Science and Engineering and have participated in the required
training from the SEI in CMM and CMMI. In addition, they have
knowledge and training in ISO 9001-2000 from formal course work and
audits. The Adnet team has an average of over 20 years of experience
in the field. Our experience extends from software development life cycle, systems engineering and quality assurance to process improvement. One team members has guided over 100 organizations in either standard-based process improvement or have conducted assessment/appraisals using Software CMM Evaluation (SCE), Software CMM Appraisal Internal Process Improvement (CBA IPI), CMMI-SCAMPI or ISO 9001:2000 audits. The Adnet team has also performed appraisals in team member roles in several cases.
On the strength of the Team knowledge and experience, Adnet provides a complete range of services to support process improvement initiatives- training, process improvement plan, gap analysis, policy statement, software development life cycle description, process definition and appraisals. The appraiser services range from SCE, CBA IPI to SCAMPI Class A, B and C. Our Team also provides SEI-Authorized Introduction to CMMI and ATM
trainings. ISO 9001:2000 based process improvement consultation and auditing services are additional capability of each of our team members.

Mr. Sinha has over 20 years of software development life cycle, systems engineering, quality assurance and process improvement experience in the federal IT market.
He has worked on major projects for IT companies in the Washington Metropolitan Area, including AT&T, SAIC, TRW, PRC, Zenith Data Systems, and Titan
Corporation.
Mr. Sinha is qualified to participate in SEI-CMMI SCAMPI A, B and C appraisals as
a team member and is an Internal Auditor (PA) for ISO 9001:2000. He also has extensive experience in process description, process improvement and documentation for all stages of software development life cycle.
Also, he is knowledgeable in software development tools and evaluation of
COTS.
Mr. Sinha is trained in the Rational Software system analysis and design tools and other COTS useful in process improvements.
Other members with special skills complement the team as needed.
